Can't Breathe

This is a parody of Ke$ha's Tik Tok that I made a long time ago, so I thought I would share it. I hope Singyu doesn't mind... But anyways, the idea came to me in an epiphany, and I was surprised how naturally the lyrics fit in.

Wake up in the morning holding my machete,
Grab my face mask, I'm out the back,
I'm gonna hide in the city.
Before I leave, set the ray bomb to Singyu *Censor*'s house,
Cause if he lives for the night, I ain't coming back.
I'm talking - massacre on the roads, roads,
Chemicals on our clothes, clothes,
Singyu blowing up our phones, phones.
Dropping dead, playing his favourite past time,
Heads or tails on the dime, dime,
Either way we're all dead soon.

Can't breathe, Singyu please,
Don't strangle me no more.
No air, blood and gore,
All splattered on the floor.
Rising, flying up, losing sense of this world, gasping
What happened to the fairness in you?
(Repeat)

Ain't got a fear in this world 'cept his swift killing stare,
And his guns, and his poisons and his tear gas right there,
And now the creepy looking sword that he keeps by his side,
But the real threat is his strangling unless it's benign.
I'm talking about everybody getting punched, punched,
Fed to Luxiang for his lunch, lunch,
Gonna get digested in a bunch, bunch.
Now, now - we suffer 'til he clears us out,
Or the police shut him down, down,
Police shut him down, down,
Police get beat down.

Can't breathe, Singyu please,
Don't strangle me no more.
No more, blood and gore,
All spattered on the floor.
Rising, flying up, losing sense of this world, gasping
What happened to the fairness in you?
(Repeat)

Singyu, you cut me up,
You break me down.
My heart, it pounds,
Yeah, you got me.
With my hands tied,
You got me now,
You got be bound,
Yeah, you got me.

Singyu, you cut me up,
You break me down.
My heart, it pounds,
Yeah, you got me.
With my hands tied,
And your hands up,
About to stri-i-i-i-ike,
Now the dying don't start 'till he walks in.

Can't breathe, Singyu please
Don't strangle me no more,
No air, blood and gore,
All spattered on the floor,
Rising, flying up,
Losing sense of this world, gasping
What happened to the fairness in you?
(Repeat)

An educational parody (one of our assignments last year) of Hot 'n Cold by Katy Perry coming soon.

SC: Walk Away - Part II "It's All in the Number"

Five years ago she had, in a fit of anger and despair, thrown the bills into a basement cupboard, avoiding them like the Black Plague itself...

... Now it was time to go. She was moving on, out into a new chapter of her life. She stared at the bills before her, uncovered from behind a big bottle of chlorine and an old mop. She wondered if she should even take them with her - they brought back too many painful memories...
Wearily, she reached towards the money, flipping through and wondering how much there really was. Suddenly, a folded slip of paper caught her eye. She reached towards it almost subconsciously.

Janet,
You'll think me a coward for not telling you face-to-face, but I assure you it is for the best of both our lives. However, I really just need you to know...

4-5683-968

Her eyes burned through the numbers. Hastily, she grabbed her cell and dialled.

Sorry, but the number you are calling does not exist. Please try again.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Later on, she would try all she could to find him, and the one thing he so desperately wanted her to know... But really, it's all just in the number.

[Note:
If you are wondering, what the man is trying to tell her is, in fact, in the SC. Like I keep repeating... it's all in the number.]

Sigh.

You know when somebody you trust with something does something so completely and utterly stupid, and you feel completely let down? Well, it's happened to me twice now. I've come to the conclusion that I just have a) very bad luck, or b) very bad choice in friends, and who to trust in general. I think Marylin Monroe's quote best sums up how I feel right now. "I'm selfish, impatient and a little insecure. I make mistakes, I am out of control and at times hard to handle. But if you can't handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell don't deserve me at my best."

Anyways, on a lighter tone, HAPPY BIRTHDAY YANTAN! ;D

And today was the track meet. How'd Halalcohol do?

It's almost grad, and the end of school. And I'm so glad it's almost over, I don't think I can stand another month of this. Anybody else looking forward to when we go our separate directions, or just summer in general? Share your thoughts please. :)

One Hundred Dollars

One hundred dollars can buy
a complete set of Twilight books;
a small bag of weed;
a round-trip train ticket;
One hundred dollars can buy one hundred things from the dollar store.

One hundred dollars can help
four girls in Africa;
six children get access to precious education;
three children fight against malaria;
One hundred dollars can help two families obtain fresh, clean water.

One hundred dollars can destroy
a priceless painting;
a local landmark;
a public gathering;
One hundred dollars can destroy countless lives.

One hundred dollars can save
children;
adults;
seniors;
One hundred dollars can save families around the world.

One hundred dollars can
make someone's day;
steal a life away;
light up a smile, or a few;
buy away a piece of someone's soul;

One hundred dollars can fill the gap between life and death.

Fanfics!

"HERMIONE AND DRACO FOREVER! OHMIGOSH, I love the wedding chapter..."

Yes, yes. I know what you're thinking right now. If you've read Harry Potter, then you'd probably know that Hermione Granger doesn't end up with Draco, but with Ron Weasley. Yes, the red-headed dude who completes the Harry-Hermione-Ron trio. But that's just wrong, totally wrong. You see, Hermione should have ended up with DRACO MALFOY. It works. They've got the whole love/hate relationship thing going for them. Are you reading this thinking WHAT THE HECK IS SHE BLABBERING ON ABOUT...then just keep reading. Have some patience.

Okay, for those who don't like Harry Potter. Ever wondered what would have happened if Bella HADN'T ended up with Edward? Or if Rose hadn't ended up with Jack (in the titanic?) Well then, wonder no more! There's this awesome new thing I've been obsessed with recently, and that is FANFICTION! It's exactly as its name implies. Stories by fans, written for fans. For almost any movie or television series, or even book you can think of, there are fanfics for you to read.

Fanfics mean alternate endings, or explanations for parts that may not have made sense in the original book. They can be funny, romantic, scary, or a mix of those.
Many excellent writers share their views on what SHOULD have happened, and make it a reality with their well-written stories.

And have you ever wondered what it would be like if different story worlds combined? For example, how would Harry Potter react to meeting Jace Wayland? Well, there's a section called "crossovers" that have exactly this type of story. It's highly recommended, so go check it out!

The best part is, if you have time, you can write stories too! And others can read and review, and this way, we won't feel sad when our favorite story series end. Because they'll always live on. Just like Draco and Hermione's love will always live on. :)
