Vancouver 2010 Frenzy!!!

The 2010 Winter Olympic Games have finally begun in Vancouver! For those who'd like to keep track of who is in the lead, here is a widget - from the official Olympics website itself - that shows how many medals each country has! :)

Oh and by the way, Alexandre Bilodeau is officially a Canadian hero and record-breaker!!! He won the Canada's first Olympic gold medal on home soil for the Men's Moguls Freestyle Skiing event. For those of you who don't know, the two years Canada hosted the Olympic games - the '76 Summer and '88 Winter, held in Montréal and Calgary respectively - our country never won a single gold medal! But now the record has been broken by Alexandre Bilodeau... So you have to admit, HE ROCKS! xD

  1. You know what those rows of numbers looked like?
    Our math quiz. Question 6.

    123 234 314 412
    124 231 312 413
    134 241 324 421
    132 243 321 423
    142 213 342 431
    143 214 341 432

    That was so pointless...

  3. Ugh, that was a crushing defeat by Korea in the men's 1000m speed skating. Now they have 1 more medal than us. And Melissa in the women's luge... she could have done it if it weren't for that small loss of control.

  4. Eh. Pretty much the only thing Korea is good at is speed skating. =.=

And since when was Russia called "Russian Federation"?

That's like "Democratic People's Republic of Korea"

    Democratic?
    o.O
    Seriously.

  5. Yay, 4 medals in one day! And men's hockey are in the semi-finals after beating Russia 7-3. Apparently, the crowd started to taunt them. Which isn't very nice...
